How cash top-up works at POS?

To process a cash top-up, merchants should follow these steps:

• Step 1: Click on reload icon on homepage
• Step 2: Select Setel top-up method

• Step 3: Select top up amount from the available denominations. Click on Next to continue.
• Step 4: Enter cash amount provided by customer, and verify cash change (if any). Click on Cash to continue.

• Step 5: Scan user’s Setel QR code 
• Step 6: POS will provide success top up toast

Once completed, the customer’s wallet balance will be updated immediately.
